Do I need to install anything?
No installation is needed on your computer. Sign in to your shop’s hosted workspace through a web browser. An internet connection is required.
How do card payments work?
ConsignSpark uses Stripe hosted checkout. Customers enter card details on Stripe’s checkout page. Your shop uses its own Stripe account; Stripe processing fees are separate from the software subscription.
Can you help me get started?
We’ll discuss your shop, setup, and any existing data during your demo. We’re starting with a small pilot group. Import options depend on the format and quality of your current records.
Are updates and customization included?
Routine software updates and bug fixes are included in your subscription. Custom reports, integrations, special workflows, and data migration may be available for an additional fee. We’ll agree on scope and price with you before starting custom work.
